TIPS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE:
Technical Requirements: Guests need a high speed internet connection that supports Zoom meetings and a computer (not a phone or tablet) with a working camera and microphone. All guests must have their cameras turned on during the entirety of the show.
For the best experience, download the latest version of Zoom before logging in.
Late Seating: There is no late seating. You may log into the virtual lobby 30 minutes before showtime.
Age Recommendation: There is nothing inappropriate for younger viewers. It is best suited for guests age 10 and older.
Dress Code: You've been in pajamas for months now. Make a night of it. Cocktail attire is recommended.
BYOC: Bring your own deck of cards. Each household needs one deck of cards. Some of the cards will be destroyed, so make sure it's a deck you don't need to keep.
I bought a ticket for someone else. Will they get the link?
Please email the first and last name(s), email address(es) and phone number(s) of your guests to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send the Zoom link and attendance information approximately 48 hours prior to showtime.
When do I check in?
Please log in at least 15 minutes prior to your showtime so our team can check you in and test your microphone and camera.
I want to invite more guests but the show is sold out. What can I do?
We hold a few tickets for each show so you can invite friends and family to join. Please contact the box office and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Why haven't I received the show link yet?
You will receive the Zoom link and show info via email 48 hours prior to show time, and then again 24 hours prior to showtime. If you purchased your ticket the day of the show, you will receive the link and info at least 1 hour prior to showtime.
If it is close to showtime and you have not received the link, please check your SPAM folder. If you do not see the email after checking your spam and promotional folders, please contact the box office.
I got the link, but the rest of my party did not. What do I do?
Instruct your guests to check their SPAM folder.
If they do not find the email there, you may forward the email you received directly to your guests and instruct them to log in using the same link. Please do not edit or alter the message in any way, as this can result in missing information or incorrect login information.
Is the show appropriate for children?
We recommend this performance for guests 10 and older. Guests under 16 years old must have a grown-up by their side.
How many people can participate?
Each ticket admits one screen/login. Whether you are solo or with a large group at one location, all members of your group are welcome and can share the same screen.
We recommend connecting your computer to a smart TV using an HDMI cable or through your wifi for optimal viewing.
If a member of your party is viewing from a different location, or is watching on a different device, they will need to purchase an additional ticket.
Is the performance live or pre-recorded?
All performances are live and performed over Zoom in real time.
How long is the show?
The show runs approximately 75 minutes and begins at 8:00 pm Central Time (9:00 pm Eastern, 6:00 pm Pacific, 7:00 pm Mountain).
Oh no! I purchased for the wrong date! What do I do?
Contact the box office at email@example.com. We will be happy to rebook you into another showtime.
I don't know how to use Zoom! Help!?
Don't worry. Our team will check you in and will be on standby throughout the show. Please read the arrival and login information carefully, then log in by 7:30 pm Central Time. We have executed hundreds of virtual shows and hosted thousands of guests -- although we cannot manage each individual computer or screen, we can walk you through the basics so that you will have a great experience.
