CHECK IN and WILL CALL
All guests must check in no later than 15 minutes before their curtain time at Potter`s Chicago Burger Bar located on the Lobby Level of The Palmer House.

All tickets are held at will call. Bring your confirmation on your smart phone, or print it out.

Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.

ARRIVAL TIME
You must check in at least 15 minutes prior to show time at Potter`s. Ten minutes before showtime you will be directed to The Magic Parlour venue by a member of our team. Once you`ve arrived inside the private room at the Parlour you will be able to choose your seats and wine, beer and soft drinks will be served, included with your tickets. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.

SEATING
Performed for just 44 guests, seating at The Magic Parlour is general admission and arranged in a cabaret style giving everyone a wonderfully close-up experience with the magic.

ACCESSIBILITY
The Palmer House is fully acccesible, and all floors may be accessed by elevator, located on the south end of the hotel. If you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair, or would like additional time to get to your seats, please just let us know and we will make arrangements. While we do not offer assisted listening devices, all seats are within 20 feet of the performance. RUN TIME
The Magic Parlour is a 90 minute experience performed without intermission.

Cocktail or dressy attire is recommended for everyone attending this magical night! Guests in casual or torn jeans, shorts, t-shirts, tennis shoes, flip-flops, or ball caps may not be admitted.
